Vanilla Honey and Cinnamon Honey is expertly crafted by infusing honey with dried vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks in a warmed oven for 30 days, resulting in a stronger flavor over time. We also add extra vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks during bottling for extra potency. The vanilla, cinnamon honeys and regular plan honey are packaged in 8 oz. glass Muth jars sealed with beeswax to keep cork lid secure. Honey harvested from beehives in Cranbury, NJ.
