Our locally grown Reaper and Jalapeno Pepper Honey is expertly crafted by infusing honey with dried reaper peppers and jalapeno peppers in a warmed oven for 30 days, resulting in a stronger flavor over time. We also add extra reaper peppers and jalapeno peppers during bottling for extra potency. The pepper honeys and regular plan honey are packaged in 8 oz. glass Muth jars sealed with beeswax to keep cork lid secure. Honey harvested from beehives in Cranbury, NJ.
